This was Lorelai's first adventure with snow. She kept calling it bubbles, which is too adorable. One can only assume that she is associating bubble bath foam with the fluffy and cold white stuff outside.
Lorelai tenatively touched the powder and tried to shake it off of her hand. Daddy made a ball for her which she took and promptly squished. "Pop!" Then she demanded a second one.
Point of note: she refused to wear her mittens. Mama and Daddy both tried several times. By the time we were done outside, her hands were ice and she was crying. It only took 10 minutes and we were ready to head in and take a nap. Lorelai has never been so cold.
